What is PSIM?

PSIM stands for Physical Security Information Management — a software category that integrates and manages multiple, otherwise-disconnected security systems through one interface, correlating their data into a single operational picture.

A PSIM platform doesn’t replace the security systems you already run. 02 · Where a VMS stops

A VMS manages video. An operation manages everything.

A Video Management System is excellent at what it’s built for — recording, viewing and managing camera streams. The ceiling appears the moment your operation depends on more than video, and on more than one site.

Great for cameras. Not built to run a control room.
